Copywriter & Content Executive

A new role has been created in our clients Communications team for a Copywriter & Content Executive. This role will provide support to the wider business to write, review, and edit compelling copy for a range of key communication pieces, ensuring that our clients messaging is clear, engaging and aligned with their brand voice.

You will be tasked with:

• Create compelling copy for a range of key communication pieces, with a view to creating high-quality written work that is aligned to the brand voice.
• Support the business development team through high quality bid writing and the production of content for key proposals and client pitches.
• Maintain editorial oversight over key communication pieces, ensuring they are appropriate for the audience and are clear, accurate and concise.
• Create and implement guidelines and best practice for content creation and dissemination and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure they’re supported with all their communication needs.

We are looking for a candidate who wants to work autonomously but be an integral part of a large team. This role is a hybrid role with 2 days out of 5 spent in the Edinburgh office. Candidates must have experience in a copywriting or proofreading role, either in-house or for an agency.
