Location: Nottingham

Full Time - Permanent

Salary: c £65,000 + bonus

Hours: 40 hours a week

Experts2care are looking for a dynamic and experienced Residential Care Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity! We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to lead our clients’ team in Nottingham!

About the Role:

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential care service for the elderly, ensuring high standards of care and support for all individuals. You will lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service.

• Lead and support a team of care professionals, ensuring they are motivated and committed to providing outstanding care.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.

• Develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures in line with best practices.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
