Scottish qualified, PERM role, SOLICITOR UNION ACCIDENT TEAM

A reputable law firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join their Union Accident Team, working alongside highly skilled lawyers who actively campaign for legal reforms to support workers, accident victims, and their families.

This role offers a dynamic range of responsibilities:

• including overseeing a diverse caseload, including EL/PL/OL/CICA claims, court work, client interaction, court appearance, expert collaboration, and legal drafting.
• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) and proven expertise in Employer Liability, Occupiers Liability, and Public Liability cases.
• The Salary is depending on the level or PQE and experience a candidate has.
