Job Description

This incredibly impressive, successful and international Law Firm is looking for an experienced HR Information Management professional to join its Global Team. In this Analyst-style role, you should have experience ideally within Peoplesoft or have worked in a similar role in another Legal or Partnership environment. The role is supremely important within the firm and you will be asked to provide detailed reports, surveys, and providing all other management information across the firm. This position will be part of a strong team that will play a pivotal role in the firm’s Global HR program. To do this, the analyst will need to work closely with various stakeholders from the business, HR Directors, Centers of Excellence Directors, Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional project teams. The position requires experience in business/functional requirements management, defining/documenting data extracts and strong MicroSoftOffice skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presenting data. MSAccess skills are also preferred. The Analyst must have a strong attention to detail and understanding of complex ERP data relationships across functional areas (Compensation, Benefits, HR, L&D, Finance/Utilization).
