As we continue to elevate our culinary offerings, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef (m/f/d) to lead our small kitchen team. Permanent or seasonal contract possible. Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, and development of staff. Plan, create, and execute menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, local specialties, and international cuisine. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations. Oversee inventory management, including sourcing and purchasing of ingredients, while controlling costs. Collaborate with the management team to align the culinary offerings with the overall guest experience. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovations into the menu. Experience as a sous-chef is an advantage Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Expertise in both traditional and contemporary culinary techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and French is an asset. Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
