CareStaff Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical travel or local contract position with a Home Health Facility (HH) in New York. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 13 Weeks Schedule of assignment hours? M - F 8am - 5pm? Monday-Friday: 8am to 5pm approx Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Weekend Rotation, approx Q4 Weeks Will there be any on call? If so, how much? On Call approx 2 nights ever 3-4 weeks What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Suffolk County, NY About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? 250-350 miles What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Ex: 25/30 ? 30 Units Minimum Weekly What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB Do you want the candidate to have experience in have home health, hospice or both ? Home Health Experience Pay Package: $57-60 per hour, based on experience.
