Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Duties:

Facilitate the automation and timely completion of user provisioning processes and procedures, both from a technical and non-technical perspective.
This role is responsible for; the creation, modification and deletion of user accounts across multiple technology platforms including Cloud based services, ensuring compliance with agreed upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with clients and customers, working within a team environment to achieve group goals, and process and improve existing services and outcomes.
A Technical Support Specialist should be able to work independently and within a team setting. They should also possess the knowledge and skillset to produce, test and validate automation techniques and specialties to consistently improve technology and business processes to ensure the identity management team is functioning at expected capacity.

Skills:
• Provision and Revoke user access across multiple platforms including Cloud provisioning
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Azure
• Experience as a Salesforce Admin preferred
• Microsoft O365 proficiency
• Ability to work pro-actively
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to communicate at different technical levels
• Develops, maintains and strengthens partnerships with other departments/ expansions to provide information support and collaboration of ideas, standards and goals
• Demonstrates flexibility with change
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including providing technical documents
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
